If you have been hazed, have witnessed hazing, or suspect that someone you know has been hazed, and would like to make a report, please answer the questions below. Upon submission, a report will be delivered to the Office of Alcohol and Other Drug Services, which may forward the information to the Secretary of the Administrative Board.
The College's ability to investigate reports and enforce its policies depends on the accuracy and specificity of the information provided. You are encouraged to provide as much specific detail as possible so that appropriate action can be taken to address the reported behavior. You also may submit a report anonymously, though officials may find it difficult to complete their investigation without knowing the source of the report. If you choose to provide contact information, please be assured that the College fully appreciates the sensitivity of this kind of report and -- if a disciplinary case is brought -- will work with you to keep your identity as confidential as possible.
